By purchasing and using the Alpha-Trader Gold Account ("Gold Account") provided by Alpha-Trader.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Gold Account.

2. Account Access

Upon successful purchase of the Gold Account, you will be granted access to premium features within the Alpha-Trader financial market simulation game. This access is personal and non-transferable.

3. Payment and Billing

4. Refunds

Refunds for the Gold Account are subject to Alpha-Trader.com's refund policy. Refund requests should be directed to info@alpha-trader.com.

5. Changes to Features

Alpha-Trader.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue features of the Gold Account at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect the current subscription period.

6. Termination

Alpha-Trader.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Gold Account at its discretion, with or without cause. In the event of termination, no refunds will be provided.

7. User Conduct

Users of the Gold Account agree to abide by the Alpha-Trader game rules and community guidelines. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alpha-Trader.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Gold Account.

3. Zahlung und Abrechnung

4. Rückerstattungen

Rückerstattungen für das Gold-Konto unterliegen der Rückerstattungsrichtlinie von Alpha-Trader.com. Rückerstattungsanfragen richten Sie bitte an info@alpha-trader.com.

5. Änderungen an Funktionen

Alpha-Trader.com behält sich das Recht vor, Funktionen des Gold-Kontos jederzeit ohne Vorankündigung zu ändern oder einzustellen. Änderungen beeinflussen nicht den aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraum.

6. Kündigung

Alpha-Trader.com behält sich das Recht vor, den Zugriff auf das Gold-Konto nach eigenem Ermessen mit oder ohne Grund zu kündigen oder auszusetzen. Im Falle einer Kündigung erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.

7. Verhalten der Benutzer

Benutzer des Gold-Kontos verpflichten sich, die Spielregeln und Gemeinschaftsrichtlinien von Alpha-Trader einzuhalten. Verstöße gegen diese Regeln können zur Sperrung oder Kündigung des Kontos führen.
